قد تختلف مدة الاستبدال حسب الموقع الجغرافي. وفي حال تعذر التواصل معك عبر الهاتف أو الرسائل النصية، سيتم إلغاء طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد 3 أيام.
نقوم باستبدال المنتجات فقط في حال كانت تالفة أو بها عيب، ولا يمكننا ضمان توفر المنتج البديل إلا بعد فحصه.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Email us at support@mymayz.com for returns/exchanges.
If the size does not fit, you can return the item, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange times may vary by location. If we cannot reach you by phone or SMS, your return/exchange request will be canceled after 3 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot guarantee availability until the item has been inspected.
