Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the size does not fit, you may return the item; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location. If we are unable to reach you by phone or SMS, your return or exchange request will be automatically be canceled after 3 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Product availability for replacement cannot be guaranteed until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Sale Items Policy

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for return or refund.

However, we are pleased to offer you the following options:

  • Exchange your item for any other product available on our website.

  • Keep the item's value as Store Credit to use on a future purchase at your convenience.

International Orders Policy

Unfortunately, we do not currently process returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).

سياسة الشحن

نعمل على تجهيز وشحن الطلبات بأسرع وقت ممكن. وقد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المنطقة وشركة الشحن المختارة.

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع وجود عيب بالمنتج أو تلفه أو إرسال منتج غير صحيح.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يرجى العلم أنه يتم قبول طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وذلك وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها، وبالتغليف الأصلي، مع تقديم فاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.

في حال عدم ملاءمة المقاس، يمكنك إرجاع المنتج، على أن يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع.

يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب في التصنيع أو تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح. كما أن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

قد تختلف مدة معالجة طلبات الاستبدال حسب المنطقة. وفي حال تعذر التواصل معك عبر الهاتف أو الرسائل النصية، سيتم إلغاء طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال تلقائيًا بعد 3 أيام.

نقوم باستبدال المنتجات فقط إذا كانت تالفة أو بها عيب في التصنيع، ولا يمكن ضمان توفر المنتج البديل إلا بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

سياسة الاسترداد

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم إخطارك بالموافقة على طلب الاسترداد أو رفضه.

في حال الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، سيتم تنفيذ عملية رد المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.

سيتم رد قيمة المبلغ باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع التي تم استخدامها عند إتمام عملية الشراء. وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حسابك وقتًا إضافيًا وفقًا لإجراءات البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.

رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع وجود عيب بالمنتج أو تلفه أو إرسال منتج غير صحيح.

سياسة العروض والخصومات

المنتجات التي يتم شراؤها بسعر مخفض أو ضمن العروض الترويجية تكون قابلة للاستبدال فقط، ولا يمكن إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها.

ويمكنك الاستفادة من أحد الخيارين التاليين:

  • استبدال المنتج بأي منتج آخر متوفر على الموقع.

  • الاحتفاظ بقيمة المنتج كـ رصيد شرائي (Store Credit) لاستخدامه في أي وقت لاحق.

نأسف، لا نقوم حاليًا بمعالجة طلبات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد للطلبات الدولية (خارج جمهورية مصر العربية).
