How to Use:
Before first use, wash the pot thoroughly with water only, then let it dry completely.
Place on stovetop using a flame diffuser (شياطة) or cook in a preheated oven for best results.
Cleaning Instructions:
Clean with warm water, coarse salt, and the rough side of a kitchen sponge to remove grease and residue.
Do not use soap or dishwashing liquid, as clay is porous and will absorb chemicals and odors.

الاستخدام لأول مرة:

يُغسل الفخار جيدًا بالماء.

يُغمر بالماء لبعض الوقت، ثم يُترك ليجف تمامًا قبل الاستخدام.

لا يُستخدم الفخار وهو ما زال رطبًا.
الاستخدام في الطهي:

يمكن استخدامه في الفرن الكهربائي فقط (ممنوع الميكروويف).

عند استخدامه على البوتاجاز يجب وضع "شياطة" أسفل المنتج لتجنب الصدمة الحرارية.

الفخار يسخن ببطء ويبرد ببطء، لذلك:

يُمنع وضعه ساخنًا مباشرة على الرخام أو الزجاج.

يفضل وضعه على قطعة خشب أو قماش مثل التعامل مع البايركس.

التنظيف:

في حال تراكم الدهون، يُغسل بـ الملح الخشن والماء الدافئ فقط، أو بماء مخفف بالخل.

ممنوع استخدام الصابون السائل أو أي مواد تنظيف كيميائية، لأن الفخار يمتص السوائل.
