Each piece is uniquely handcrafted by Egyptian artisans and painters with lots of love and care. Some differences are expected as each piece has been molded and painted individually.

Returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery (Egyptian Consumer Protection Law). Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return/exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If we can't reach you, the request is auto-cancelled after 3 days.
