How to Use:

Before first use, rinse thoroughly with water (no soap), and allow to dry completely.
Use in conventional ovens or over direct flame with a flame diffuser (شياطة). Perfect for cooking stews, curries, or traditional rice dishes.

Cleaning Instructions:

Clean with warm water, coarse salt, and a kitchen scrub sponge.
Do not use any soap or liquid detergent, as the clay absorbs liquids and odors.

الاستخدام لأول مرة:

• يُغسل الفخار جيدًا بالماء.

• يُغمر بالماء لبعض الوقت، ثم يُترك ليجف تمامًا قبل الاستخدام.

• لا يُستخدم الفخار وهو ما زال رطبًا.

الاستخدام في الطهي:

• يمكن استخدامه في الفرن الكهربائي فقط (ممنوع الميكروويف).

• عند استخدامه على البوتاجاز يجب وضع "شياطة" أسفل المنتج لتجنب الصدمة الحرارية.

• الفخار يسخن ببطء ويبرد ببطء، لذلك:

  • يُمنع وضعه ساخنًا مباشرة على الرخام أو الزجاج.

  • يفضل وضعه على قطعة خشب أو قماش مثل التعامل مع البايركس.

التنظيف:

• في حال تراكم الدهون، يُغسل بـ الملح الخشن والماء الدافئ فقط، أو بماء مخفف بالخل.

• ممنوع استخدام الصابون السائل أو أي مواد تنظيف كيميائية، لأن الفخار يمتص السوائل.
