Zaatar May
It is an authentic & traditional Palestinian recipe made using Sinai dried thyme with tangy pure sumac and toasted sesame seeds for a rich & nutty flavor.
Zaatar is always paired with olive oil. Simply as a dip, to make perfect Manoosheh, or to season different recipes.
