Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Email us at support@mymayz.com for returns/exchanges.
If the size does not fit, you can return the item, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange times may vary by location. If we cannot reach you by phone or SMS, your return/exchange request will be canceled after 3 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot guarantee availability until the item has been inspected.

However, we are pleased to offer you flexible alternatives:
• You may exchange your item for any other product available on the website.
• Alternatively, you may retain the value as a store credit, to be used at your convenience at a later time.
International Orders Policy

سياسة الاسترجاع و الاستبدال

لكي تكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها، وأن يكون في تغليفه الأصلي. كما يُشترط تقديم فاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.

لطلبات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
في حال عدم ملاءمة المقاس، يمكنك إرجاع المنتج، على أن تتحمل تكاليف الشحن.
تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال تقع على عاتق العميل، إلا في حالة وجود عيب أو تلف في المنتج. كما أن تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
قد تختلف مدة الاستبدال حسب الموقع الجغرافي. وفي حال تعذر التواصل معك عبر الهاتف أو الرسائل النصية، سيتم إلغاء طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد 3 أيام.
نقوم باستبدال المنتجات فقط في حال كانت تالفة أو بها عيب، ولا يمكننا ضمان توفر المنتج البديل إلا بعد فحصه.

• يمكنك استبدال المنتج بأي منتج آخر متوفر على الموقع.
• أو يمكنك الاحتفاظ بقيمة المنتج كـ رصيد شرائي (Store Credit) لاستخدامه لاحقًا في الوقت الذي يناسبك.
