Returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery (Egyptian Consumer Protection Law). Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return/exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If we can't reach you, the request is auto-cancelled after 3 days.

Items bought at a discounted / sale price are exchange only — not eligible for return or refund. You may exchange for another product on our website, or keep the value as Store Credit.
International orders (outside Egypt): returns and exchanges are not available.

الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام (وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري). يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبتغليفه الأصلي مع إثبات الشراء.

رسوم شحن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال على العميل ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا، ورسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. وفي حال تعذّر التواصل معك يُلغى الطلب تلقائيًا بعد ٣ أيام.

المنتجات المشتراة بسعر مخفّض (تخفيضات) قابلة للاستبدال فقط — لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها. يمكنك استبدالها بأي منتج آخر على الموقع، أو الاحتفاظ بقيمتها كـ رصيد شرائي (Store Credit).
الطلبات الدولية (خارج مصر): الإرجاع والاستبدال غير متاح.
