Handmade Hammered Copper Butter Pot

The Handmade Hammered Copper Butter Pot is a small, hand-hammered copper pan with a hot-tinned interior, the traditional, natural non-stick surface used in classic copper cookware. Copper heats quickly and evenly, so butter melts gently without scorching.

The pan is sized to fit a stick of butter, and the handle extends over the side to make stirring easy as the butter melts. It also works beautifully for warming sauces, melting chocolate, or baking a single perfect soufflé.

• Material: hammered copper with tinned interior
• Size: 12 cm
• Use: melting butter, warming sauces, chocolate, soufflé

Care: wash by hand with warm water and mild soap; dry immediately. Avoid metal utensils and high heat to protect the tin lining.
