A Fresh Egyptian Classic, Elevated with Premium Olive Oil
Fattoush is one of Egypt's most beloved salads — a vibrant mix of crispy toasted bread, fresh vegetables, and a tangy lemon dressing. The secret to a truly exceptional fattoush? A generous drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. We use Olive Oil May 500ml for its rich, fruity flavor that ties the whole dish together.

Tips for the Best Fattoush
The quality of your olive oil makes all the difference in a simple salad like this. Olive Oil May is cold-pressed and full of polyphenols, giving this fattoush its signature richness. Sumac adds a citrusy tartness — don't skip it!
Serve It With
Pair this salad with grilled fish, kofta, or hummus and warm pita for a full Egyptian spread. Drizzle the Olive Oil & Palestinian Style Zaatar mixture on the side for an extra flavor punch.
